Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

In una ciotola grande, unisci il pollo macinato, l'avena, la paprika, il pepe di cayenna, l'aglio in polvere, la cipolla in polvere, il pepe nero e il sale; mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Trasferisci il composto in una teglia da forno, pressandolo bene per formare un blocco compatto.

Cuoci in forno per circa 45-50 minuti o fino a quando il pollo è ben cotto e dorato. Lascia raffreddare per 10 minuti prima di affettare.
