Method

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, il lievito, la cannella e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con il latte di mandorla e il miele fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Unisci gli ingredienti secchi a quelli liquidi e mescola bene fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara uno stampo per donuts con gli appositi incavi, ungendolo leggermente.

Versa l'impasto negli incavi dello stampo, riempiendoli per circa 2/3.

Cuoci in forno per circa 15 minuti o fino a quando i donuts non sono dorati e uno stuzzicadenti infilato al centro ne esce pulito.

Lascia raffreddare per qualche minuto, poi sforma i donuts.

Mescola lo yogurt greco con un po' di miele e utilizza questa miscela per glassare i donuts.
