Cuocere la quinoa in acqua salata seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione, di solito per circa 15 minuti. Scolare e mettere da parte.

In una padella grande, scaldare l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungere l'aglio tritato. Far soffriggere fino a doratura.
