Inizia preriscaldando una griglia a fuoco medio-alto. Tosta i tomatillos, i jalapeño e l'aglio sulla griglia, girandoli di tanto in tanto fino a che non saranno ben abbrustoliti, per circa 10-15 minuti.

Rimuovi gli ingredienti dalla griglia e lasciali raffreddare. Poi, metti tutto in un frullatore insieme a un pizzico di sale, pepe e il cumino, e frulla fino ad ottenere una salsa liscia.
