Cuoci il petto di pollo (120g) in brodo di pollo con cipolla, aglio e sale per 18-20 minuti fino a cottura completa (165°C interno).

Prepara la salsa verde: cuoci tomatilli (150g) e peperoncini serrano (2) per 8 minuti, frulla con aglio, cipolla e brodo di cottura fino a purea cremosa.

Scalda leggermente 2 tortillas proteiche passandole brevemente nella salsa calda per ammorbidirle.

Sminuzza il pollo raffreddato e disponi sulle tortillas insieme a 3 cucchiai di salsa verde.
