Inizia scaldando il brodo di pollo con lo zafferano in un pentolino a fuoco basso per circa 5 minuti.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio e rosola il petto di pollo a cubetti fino a doratura, circa 8 minuti, poi toglilo e mettilo da parte.

Nella stessa padella, soffriggi la cipolla e l'aglio tritato per 3 minuti fino a farli diventare traslucidi.

Aggiungi le carote, le zucchine e i fagiolini, cuocendo per altri 5 minuti.

Distribuisci i noodles di shirataki ben sgocciolati sul fondo della padella, versaci sopra il brodo caldo e mescola.

Aggiungi il pollo, copri e cuoci a fuoco medio-basso per circa 10-12 minuti, finché i noodles non saranno teneri.
