In una ciotola, mescolare il petto di pollo macinato con il succo di limone, sale e pepe. Formare delle palline e mettere da parte.

Cuocere le conchiglie integrali in abbondante acqua salata seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione. Scolarle e tenerle da parte.

In una padella grande, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungere l'aglio e la cipolla, soffriggendo fino a doratura.
