Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Taglia il cavolfiore a fette sottili di circa 5mm, salalo e lascialo riposare per 5 minuti, poi asciugalo con carta assorbente.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio d'oliva e soffriggi la cipolla rossa affettata per 3-4 minuti fino a quando diventa trasparente, quindi aggiungi pepe e noce moscata.

In una ciotola, mescola la ricotta con lo yogurt greco fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea.

Disponi le fette di cavolfiore su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno, stendi la crema di ricotta sopra e distribuisci la cipolla rosolata.

Inforna per 20 minuti a 200°C, finché il cavolfiore non è dorato e croccante.
