In una ciotola, sciogliere il lievito di birra in 100 g di acqua tiepida.

Aggiungere la farina integrale, l'olio extravergine di oliva e un pizzico di sale, mescolando fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Trasferire l'impasto su un piano di lavoro leggermente infarinato e impastare per circa 5 minuti.

Formare una palla, metterla in una ciotola leggermente unta e coprire con un canovaccio. Lasciare lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 30 minuti.

Nel frattempo, tritare l'aglio e mescolarlo in una ciotola con i cicinielli, i pomodorini tagliati a metà, l'origano, il sale, il pepe e il prezzemolo.

Preriscaldare il forno a 220°C.

Stendere l'impasto lievitato su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, formando un disco.

Distribuire uniformemente il composto di cicinielli e pomodorini sulla focaccia.

Ripiegare i bordi dell'impasto verso l'interno e cuocere in forno per circa 20-25 minuti fino a doratura.

Servire calda, magari con un filo d'olio extravergine d'oliva a crudo.
