In una ciotola, unire la farina di mandorle, l'uovo, l'acqua e il sale, mescolando bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versare l'impasto in una teglia rivestita con carta forno, livellandolo con i polpastrelli fino a raggiungere uno spessore di circa 1 cm.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per circa 15 minuti, o fino a doratura della superficie.

Nel frattempo, preparare la crema mescolando la ricotta magra, la mozzarella light e le erbe aromatiche in una ciotola.

Una volta sfornata la focaccia, lasciarla raffreddare per un paio di minuti, quindi spalmarvi sopra la crema di formaggio e ripiegarla a metà. Servire subito.
