Method

In una padella, scaldare 10 g di olio extravergine di oliva e aggiungere le fave. Cuocere per 5 minuti, quindi aggiungere 100 g di acqua e il sale. Cuocere per altri 10 minuti, poi scolare e raffreddare.

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina integrale, il lievito e il sale. Aggiungere l'acqua tiepida e l'olio rimanente. Impastare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Unire le fave cotte all'impasto e lavorare brevemente. Coprire con un panno e lasciare lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 1 ora.

Preriscaldare il forno a 220°C. Rivestire una teglia con carta da forno.

Stendere l'impasto lievitato sulla teglia, creando una forma rettangolare. Distribuire la ricotta e le fette di tacchino sulla superficie.

Spolverare con pepe nero e rosmarino fresco. Cuocere in forno per circa 20-25 minuti o fino a doratura.

Sfornare e servire calda, tagliata in tranci.
