In una ciotola grande, mescola l'acqua tiepida con il lievito secco e lascia riposare per 5 minuti finché non si forma una schiuma.

Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e l'olio d'oliva alla miscela di lievito e mescola bene.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina integrale, il sale, il rosmarino e l'origano.

Versa gli ingredienti secchi nella ciotola con gli ingredienti liquidi e impasta fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido e omogeneo.

Trasferisci l'impasto su una superficie leggermente infarinata e lavora per qualche minuto fino a quando non diventa elastico.

Forma una palla e mettila in una ciotola unta, coprila con un canovaccio e lascia lievitare per 30 minuti in un luogo caldo.

Dopo la lievitazione, stendi l'impasto in una forma ovale di circa 1 cm di spessore e trasferiscilo su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno.
