Preriscalda il forno a 200 gradi. Taglia la parte superiore della testa d'aglio, spennellala con un po' d'olio d'oliva e avvolgila in un foglio di alluminio. Cuoci in forno per circa 40 minuti, finché i bulbi non diventano morbidi.

In una pentola capiente, scalda un cucchiaio d'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungi le cipolle affettate e il sedano rapa, e soffriggi fino a quando le cipolle diventano dorate.
