Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Ungi leggermente il fondo di 2 cocotte in ceramica.

In una padella, scalda l'olio extravergine di oliva e aggiungi l'aglio tritato. Fai soffriggere per 1-2 minuti.

Aggiungi i funghi puliti e affettati, il sale e il pepe. Cuoci per circa 10 minuti finché i funghi non saranno morbidi.

Nel frattempo, sbriciola il tofu con una forchetta in una ciotola e unisci il prezzemolo.
