Lavare e tagliare i pomodori in quarti, eliminando i semi in eccesso per ridurre l'umidità.

Sciacquare le fragole e tagliarle a metà, conservandone alcune intere per la guarnizione.

Sbucciare il cetriolo e tagliarlo in pezzi; eliminare il peperone dai semi e trinciarlo.
