In una ciotola, unisci lo yogurt greco con le proteine in polvere al cacao e l'eritritolo, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto cremoso e omogeneo.

Separa il composto in due ciotole: in una aggiungi il caffè espresso e mescola bene; nell'altra, integra il cacao amaro, amalgamando fino a ottenere un colore uniforme.
