Method

Grattugia lo zenzero fresco e pela la mela verde, tagliandola a cubetti di circa 1 cm.

In un mixer o frullatore, combina mela, zenzero grattugiato, cannella in polvere e 50 ml di yogurt greco: frulla per 20 secondi fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea.

Riversa il composto in una teglia in alluminio di base ampia e poco profonda (altezza almeno 3-4 cm), livella la superficie con una spatola, copri con carta da forno e alluminio e riponi in congelatore per almeno 10 ore.

Quando il composto è completamente congelato e solido, toglilo dal congelatore e attendi 5-7 minuti a temperatura ambiente.

Taglia il gelato congelato in blocchi regolari di circa 3x3 cm con un coltello a lama lunga e liscia.

Trasferisci i blocchi nel mixer insieme ai restanti 200 ml di yogurt greco: frulla per 15-20 secondi fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa e vellutata.

Aggiungi un filo d'olio di cocco liquido e un cucchiaino di miele grezzo, mescola delicatamente con una spatola per 10 secondi.

Servi subito in coppette fredde, guarnendo con una spolverata di cannella e qualche scaglia di zenzero candito se desideri.
