In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, l'aceto di riso, lo sciroppo d'acero, l'amido di mais sciolto nel brodo di pollo, l'aglio e lo zenzero. Riserva la salsa.

Taglia il petto di pollo a bocconcini e condiscilo con la salsa di soia e pepe nero.

Passa i bocconcini di pollo nella farina di cocco mescolata con l'amido di mais.

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C, disponi il pollo su una teglia con un po' d'olio d'oliva e cuoci per 15 minuti, girando a metà cottura.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio d'oliva e aggiungi i peperoncini freschi e il cipollotto, tostando per 2 minuti.
