Method

In una pentola capiente, scaldare l'olio extravergine di oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungere la cipolla tritata e farla rosolare finché non diventa traslucida, circa 5 minuti.

Unire la carne di manzo tagliata a cubetti piccoli e rosolarla fino a doratura.

Aggiungere le lenticchie, il succo di limone, il concentrato di pomodoro, il sale, la curcuma, il pepe e il curry. Mescolare bene.

Versare il brodo vegetale fino a coprire gli ingredienti, portare a ebollizione e poi abbassare la fiamma. Coprire e lasciare cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 90 minuti, fino a quando la carne è tenera e le lenticchie sono cotte.
