Method

Preriscaldare il forno a 160°C e rivestire una teglia con carta forno.

In una ciotola, unire i fiocchi d'avena, le proteine in polvere, le mandorle tagliate a fette, le noci sminuzzate grossolanamente, i semi di lino e di zucca.

In un pentolino a fuoco basso, scaldare il miele con l'olio di cocco per 2-3 minuti, aggiungendo la cannella, la vaniglia e il sale; mescolare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versare il composto tiepido sui cereali e i semi, mescolando con una spatola fino a distribuire uniformemente il condimento.

Stendere la granola sulla teglia in uno strato uniforme e cuocere per 20-25 minuti, mescolando ogni 5-7 minuti per garantire una tostatura omogenea.

Togliere dal forno e lasciar raffreddare completamente sulla teglia (circa 10 minuti).

Aggiungere i frutti di bosco liofilizzati solo a freddo per mantenerli croccanti.

Conservare in un vasetto di vetro a chiusura ermetica per massimo 3 settimane.
