Preriscalda il forno a 200°C.

Lava e affetta la zucchina a metà per il lungo, svuotala delicatamente con un cucchiaino, conservando la polpa.

Cuoci i filetti di merluzzo su una padella antiaderente con un cucchiaino d'olio per circa 5 minuti, girandoli a metà cottura.

In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco, la farina di mandorle, la polpa di zucchina, sale, pepe e noce moscata fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi il merluzzo sminuzzato al composto e mescola bene.

Riempire le metà della zucchina con il composto e cospargere di parmigiano grattugiato.

Adagia le zucchine farcite su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e inforna per circa 15-20 minuti, fino a doratura.
