Preriscalda il forno a 175°C e prepara una teglia di 22x30 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescola le noci e le mandorle tritate con la cannella. Metti da parte.

Stendi la pasta fillo e tagliala a misura per la teglia, coprendo il resto con un panno umido per non farla asciugare.

Posiziona due fogli di pasta nella teglia e spennella con olio di cocco fuso. Ripeti per 6 strati.

Distribuisci uno strato di mix di noci e mandorle, quindi aggiungi altri due fogli di pasta, spennellando di nuovo con olio.

Continua a stratificare fino a esaurire gli ingredienti, terminando con 6 fogli di pasta.

Con un coltello affilato, taglia a rombi fino al fondo della teglia.

Cuoci in forno per circa 40 minuti, fino a doratura.

Mentre cuoce, prepara lo sciroppo: in un pentolino, porta a ebollizione acqua, miele di agave e vaniglia, quindi riduci la fiamma e lascia sobbollire per 10 minuti.
