Method

In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco, il succo di limone, l'aglio tritato, l'origano, la paprika, il sale e il pepe fino a ottenere una marinata omogenea.

Aggiungi le costine nella ciotola e assicurati che siano ben ricoperte dalla marinata. Copri e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore, meglio se tutta la notte.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Fodera una teglia con carta forno e distribuisci le costine marinate e la cipolla rossa affettata, versando sopra un filo d'olio extravergine d'oliva.

Cuoci in forno per circa 60-75 minuti, girando le costine a metà cottura, fino a quando saranno tenere e dorate.

Servi caldo, accompagnato da una fresca insalata.
