In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, la farina di mandorle, i semi di sesamo, il lievito e un pizzico di sale.

Aggiungi l'olio d'oliva e l'acqua calda poco alla volta, impastando fino a ottenere un composto elastico.

Trasferisci l'impasto su un piano di lavoro e forma un cilindro sottile di circa 5mm di spessore.
