In una pentola, unisci 200ml di acqua con 150g di yogurt greco 0% e 2 cucchiai di farina di ceci, mescolando fino ad ottenere un composto liscio.

Incorpora il peperoncino verde, lo zenzero grattugiato, la curcuma e il sale. Porta a ebollizione a fuoco medio.

Una volta che inizia a bollire, riduci il fuoco e lascia sobbollire per circa 10 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
