Method

In una pentola grande, porta a ebollizione il brodo vegetale. Aggiungi il petto di pollo e cuoci per circa 20 minuti, fino a quando non è completamente cotto. Rimuovi il pollo e lascialo raffreddare leggermente, poi shredderlo con una forchetta.

Nella stessa pentola, unisci i pomodori pelati e i fagioli neri al brodo, mescolando bene. Riporta a ebollizione.

In una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva e soffriggi la cipolla e l'aglio per circa 5-7 minuti, finché non saranno dorati. Aggiungi il cumino e la paprika affumicata, mescolando per un minuto.

Trasferisci il soffritto nella pentola con la zuppa e aggiungi il pollo sminuzzato. Mescola bene e lascia sobbollire per altri 10 minuti.
