Preriscalda il forno a 190°C.

Sbuccia le patate dolci e tagliale a cubetti; lessale in acqua salata per circa 10 minuti fino a renderle tenere, quindi scolale e lasciale raffreddare.

In una padella, scalda l'olio e soffriggi la cipolla e l'aglio tritati finemente. Aggiungi il petto di pollo macinato e cucina finché non è dorato.
