Cuoci la quinoa in acqua salata seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione, quindi scolala e lasciala raffreddare.

Cuoci a vapore le foglie di cavolo verza per circa 5 minuti, finché non diventano morbide, quindi raffreddale.

In una padella, scalda l'olio EVO e fai soffriggere la cipolla tritata per 3-4 minuti, aggiungendo l'aglio tritato negli ultimi 2 minuti.

In una ciotola, mescola il tacchino macinato, la quinoa cotta, l'uovo, la cipolla e l'aglio soffritti, aggiungendo sale, pepe e maggiorana.

Prendi una foglia di cavolo, posiziona al centro una porzione del ripieno e arrotola, sigillando bene i lati.

Ripeti l'operazione con le altre foglie.

In una teglia, versa i pomodori pelati e posiziona gli involtini sopra.

Copri con carta stagnola e cuoci in forno a 180°C per circa 30 minuti, finché il tacchino è cotto e gli involtini sono ben caldi.
