In una padella, scaldare l'olio con l'aglio tritato per 2 minuti a fuoco basso, quindi rimuovere l'aglio.

Aggiungere il petto di pollo tritato e le zucchine grattugiate, cuocere per circa 10 minuti fino a quando il pollo è ben cotto e le zucchine morbide.

Togliere dal fuoco e lasciare raffreddare per qualche minuto.

In una ciotola, mescolare il pollo e le zucchine con l'uovo, la ricotta, sale e pepe.

Prendere le foglie di cavolo rosso, disporre un cucchiaio di ripieno al centro di ogni foglia e arrotolarle, bloccando con uno stuzzicadenti.
