In una ciotola, unisci la salsa di soia, il miele, l'aceto di riso, l'aglio tritato, lo zenzero, l'olio di sesamo, il peperoncino in polvere e il pepe nero, mescolando bene per creare una marinata.

Aggiungi le ali di pollo alla marinata e lascia riposare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C.

Disponi le ali di pollo marinate su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e cuoci per 25-30 minuti, girandole a metà cottura, finché non sono croccanti e dorate.
