Inizia sbucciando e lessando le patate fino a quando sono tenere, poi schiacciale in una ciotola.

In una padella, scalda un filo d'olio e fai soffriggere la cipolla tritata fino a doratura, quindi aggiungi il prosciutto crudo e cuoci per qualche minuto.
