Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia quadrata di 20 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, setaccia insieme la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, il lievito e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, monta l'eritritolo e lo yogurt greco fino a ottenere un composto cremoso. Aggiungi le uova e continua a mescolare.
