Method

In una pentola, portare a ebollizione 300 ml di brodo vegetale con un pizzico di sale. Aggiungere la lingua di manzo affettata e far cuocere a fuoco lento per 5 minuti.

In una padella, scaldare un cucchiaio di olio d'oliva e rosolare la cipolla rossa e il sedano tritati fino a doratura, per circa 3 minuti.

Aggiungere il concentrato di pomodoro diluito in 30 ml di acqua, mescolare bene e cuocere per 1 minuto.

Versare il mix di verdure nel brodo con la lingua, quindi aggiungere le spezie per tacos e le carote a julienne.
