Trita finemente la cipolla, la carota e il sedano a coltello: otterrai il soffritto base in meno di 5 minuti.

Scalda l'olio in una pentola media a fuoco medio-alto e versa il soffritto: lascia rosolare per 3-4 minuti, mescolando spesso, finché la cipolla non diventa traslucida.
