Pelare la buccia di 1 limone e tagliarla a fettine sottili.

Mettere la buccia in una ciotola e cospargere con 1g di eritritolo, lasciando riposare per 10 minuti.

Portare a ebollizione 200ml di acqua e versarla sulla buccia con eritritolo, coprendo e lasciando raffreddare per 15 minuti.
