In una padella antiaderente, scaldare lo spray di olio d'oliva e rosolare il filetto di maiale per circa 4 minuti per lato, finché non è ben dorato.

Aggiungere il peperone rosso affettato e l'aglio tritato, rosolare per 3 minuti fino a quando il peperone è tenero.

In una ciotola, mescolare il burro di arachidi, la salsa di soia, l'aceto di riso e il peperoncino fresco.

Versare la salsa nella padella, mescolare bene e cuocere a fuoco medio per 8-10 minuti, coprendo con un coperchio.
