In una padella antiaderente, tosta le mandorle a fuoco medio per circa 5 minuti, mescolando frequentemente per evitare che brucino.

In una ciotola, mescola il cacao amaro, l'eritritolo e il pizzico di sale.

Una volta tostate, trasferisci le mandorle nella ciotola con il mix di cacao e mescola bene per ricoprirle uniformemente.

Aggiungi l'olio di semi di girasole e mescola nuovamente fino a ottenere una copertura omogenea.
