Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e fodera uno stampo per tartelletta monoporzione (8 cm) con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, il cacao amaro e l'eritritolo. Aggiungi il burro di mandorle e mescola fino a ottenere una consistenza sabbiosa.
