Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia quadrata di 20x20 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco, il latte di mandorla, lo sciroppo d'acero, l'uovo e l'estratto di vaniglia fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina d'avena, le proteine in polvere, il lievito e il sale.
