Method

In una padella grande, scaldare l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungere il pollo a cubetti e rosolare fino a doratura, circa 7-8 minuti. Rimuovere il pollo dalla padella e mettere da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere la cipolla e il peperone giallo. Cuocere per 5 minuti finché non diventano teneri.

Aggiungere i chicchi di mais, l'aglio tritato, il cumino, la paprika e il peperoncino. Cuocere mescolando per 10-12 minuti, fino a quando il mais non inizia ad annerirsi.

Riportare il pollo nella padella, mescolare bene e cuocere per altri 2 minuti. Aggiustare di sale e pepe.
