Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia quadrata di 20x20 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola grande, sbatti le uova con l'eritritolo fino a ottenere un composto spumoso.

Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando bene.

In una ciotola separata, setaccia la farina di avena, il cacao, il bicarbonato, la cannella, il sale e il peperoncino.
