In una pentola capiente, scaldare l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio-alto. Aggiungere il pollo macinato e rosolare fino a doratura, circa 5 minuti.

Unire la cipolla e l'aglio, continuando a soffriggere finché la cipolla diventa trasparente, circa 3-4 minuti.

Aggiungere la paprika, il cumino, l'origano e il peperoncino in polvere. Mescolare bene per far insaporire il pollo e le verdure, circa 2 minuti.
