Iniziate preparando il soffritto: tritate finemente la cipolla, la carota e il sedano. Aggiungete anche il rosmarino tritato.

In una pentola antiaderente, scaldate l'olio evo a fuoco medio e unite il soffritto. Fate rosolare per circa 3 minuti.

Versate l'acqua nella pentola e portate a ebollizione. Aggiustate di sale.

Coprite e fate cuocere a fuoco medio-basso per circa 15 minuti, finché i legumi sono teneri.

Aggiungete il tofu sbriciolato e mescolate. Cuocete per altri 5 minuti.
