Cuocere 50g di patata dolce e 40g di cavolfiore al vapore finché molto teneri (circa 8-10 minuti).

Scolare bene e schiacciare con 15g di yogurt greco 0%, 5g di proteine in polvere neutre, curry in polvere, aglio e cipolla disidratati.

Stendere 3 fogli di pasta fillo light (o 6 wonton wrappers proteici) e tagliare quadrati di 10x10cm.

Distribuire 1 cucchiaio di ripieno al centro di ogni quadrato, piegare in triangolo e sigillare gli angoli.

Disporre su carta forno, spennellare leggermente con 2-3g di olio di sesamo diluito in acqua con spray.
