Method

Affetta le melanzane a rondelle e cospargile di sale; lasciale riposare per 30 minuti per far fuoriuscire l'acqua. Risciacqua e asciuga con carta assorbente.

Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella e rosola le melanzane per 2-3 minuti per lato fino a doratura. Metti da parte su carta assorbente.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi la cipolla e l'aglio tritati, e il pollo macinato. Cuoci fino a quando la carne è ben dorata, circa 8-10 minuti.

Aggiungi i pomodori pelati, l'origano, la cannella e la noce moscata. Mescola bene e lascia cuocere a fuoco lento per 15 minuti.

In una ciotola, sbatti lo yogurt greco con l'uovo e un pizzico di sale.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. In una teglia, disponi uno strato di melanzane, coprilo con il pollo e poi versa il composto di yogurt sopra.

Ripeti il procedimento con un altro strato di melanzane e termina con una spolverata di formaggio grattugiato.
