Inizia preparando la base: frulla le mandorle tritate con 1 g di cacao amaro e l'eritritolo. Pressa il composto in un piattino e cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 5 minuti.

In una ciotola, unisci ciascun cioccolato fuso a 60 g di yogurt greco e, se desiderato, la gelatina precedentemente ammollata e sciolta.
