Riscalda 80 ml di latte di cocco light con 60 ml di latte scremato a fuoco dolce; aggiungi 15 g di psyllium in polvere mescolando bene per evitare grumi, continua 2 minuti fino a ispessimento.

Dividi il composto a metà: in una metà aggiungi 20 g di cioccolato fondente 85% sciolto a bagnomaria, mescola fino a omogeneità.
