Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara uno stampo per muffin con un pirottino di carta.

Tritura finemente 20g di cioccolato fondente 85% e mettilo da parte.

In una ciotola, sbatti 1 uovo intero con 70g di yogurt greco e 10g di eritritolo fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi 25g di farina di avena, 5g di cacao amaro, un pizzico di lievito per dolci e di cannella, mescolando delicatamente.

Incorpora il cioccolato tritato e versa l'impasto nello stampo, riempiendo per 2/3.
