Method

Tostare i semi di cumino in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio per 2 minuti, poi metterli da parte.

In una ciotola, unire la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, lo yogurt greco, l'albume, la cipolla secca, i semi di cumino tostati e un pizzico di sale. Mescolare fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Stendere l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno con un mattarello fino a ottenere un ovale di circa 15x10 cm.

Trasferire il naan su una placca rivestita di carta forno e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 220°C per 8-10 minuti, fino a doratura.

Estrarre il naan e avvolgerlo in un panno pulito per mantenerlo morbido.
