Method

In una ciotola, unire la farina di avena, il burro di mandorle fuso e l'eritritolo, mescolando bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Compattare il mix sul fondo di uno stampo monoporzione e riporre in frigorifero per 10 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, mescolare la ricotta, lo yogurt greco, l'uovo, l'essenza di vaniglia e il succo di limone fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea.

Versare il composto di ricotta sopra la base di avena e livellare con una spatola.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 160°C per circa 25 minuti, finché i bordi non risultano leggermente dorati.

Lasciare raffreddare a temperatura ambiente e poi in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore prima di servire.
